BB in Kelowna

We have had Silhoutte Hunter Douglas window coverings in our home for 10 years which we love. Sadly the other day the cleaning lady left a note that one was broken. My husband called around our area to see about getting it repaired without much luck. As we were going to Vancouver we decided to take it with us. My cousin directly us to try "A Shade Better"! We are so pleased we did, they looked around their repair room and found a piece that would fit our Silhoutte exactly. We were thrilled that we didn't have to send it and our other blinds all back east to have just one tiny piece fixed. We were told we couldn't send just one as then they won't look the same. It was Friday when we were in the store and they had it arranged to be repaired that same day for us as we were leaving the next day. Dave and Heather were very friendly and kind, they understood our situation and realized how we needed to have the Silhoutte functioning as soon as possible due to the heat of the summer.
