I found Charlie through this Homestars website and decided to take a chance based on all his good reviews. Happy to say that Charlie did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He knew what he was doing; very polite, co-operative, and patient. He is very professional and takes customer satisfaction seriously. A pleasure to deal with .

Work was not completed to total satisfaction and took much longer than promised. Wood still had a small crack in it and the colour was off. G-Star promised to correct this, but disappeared as soon as payment was made. Numerous attempts to reach this company by phone and mail were ignored. I have no choice but to give up, but am not happy about this. I am lowering my original rating from 2 to 1 out of sheer frustration with this company's phony promise to correct their work when this original review came out. I believe that Sergio is capable of doing good work, but just doesn't seem to care. Maybe he just works hard for some customers and not others...who knows? Lesson learned: Thanks to this experience, I now have a fear of trusting small businesses. Sad but true.
