The experience of working with HighTech Renovations was first class from start to finish. Our project was to finish a 1000 sq foot basement with a living area and fireplace, a utility room, an office and a gym. The quote was professionally prepared and detailed every aspect of the job including a 3D representation of the agreed floorplan. From the start date to completion, everything went according to schedule. Materials were delivered ahead of time and the crews came in and did their work professionally and in a timely manner. There were minimal deviations from the contract and those that occurred were identified and agreed to before the work continued. What was particularly impressive was that the work was done properly the first time by the various trades, and the work area was always cleaned up after each phase was completed. All of the finishing was top-notch and the customer service second to none, including helping us hand our TV sets and run a/v wiring after the work had been completed. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Aleks, Dimitry and the team for your renovation project.

Thank you for your review Sarah, we enjoyed working with you. I'm very glad to hear that you are happy with your basement and our process!

This contractor is sloppy and unprofessional. This was a small job to replace tiles in the foyer. He delivered an unsatisfactory product 4 days after the promised date and did not clear the debris afterwards. He took the extra tiles away even though they were paid for. Grout work is shoddy with gaps at the baseboards and under the front door. But most aggregious is lack of timeliness and disrespect for our property. Also checked the tiles at Tile Depot got duped too! The pictures speak for themselves. We would be out of our minds to let Costa Construction ten foot pole to our basement. No Thank you! I paid $2,700 to get the job done $60??? go figure! Tiles should have been Calcutta you gave me Carrara... Customers beware!

I'm sorry you feel this way Sarah , your pictures are mid job and false , the tile you have is a callacutta tile the viens get fatter the longer they go , so thank u for posting that , unfortunately Sarah wants a Ferrari with Hyundai money, she did not want to replace baseboards for 60 dollars . as the project went on we at Costa Construction were feeling uneasy about the way things were going , so we turned down the basement and hence this review , homestars does a great job making sure the reviews are from real customers, so please look at my reviews , their is always a bad apple in the orchard..
