First, the customer service was excellent. Super fast response time. Nothing worse than waiting days for a response but jeff was on the ball. The deck itself turned out excellent. We wanted something to cover up our entire backyard and turned out exactly as we hoped. Im writing this ..sitting in my backyard that i can finally be proud of! :) we couldnt be happier. thank you Would definitely recommmend hiring Burloak Deck and Fence
