The head carpenter was difficult to work. He would leave finish work incomplete and of poor quality. The stairs that he did now have a loose hand railings and spindles falling off. Required most payments in full some before work was done. After final inspection of work it was very difficult to have him return to fix problems, some were never completed. Walk out door has major drafts, light can be seen around door.
