Acker home inspection is probably one of the best i have used. I used them for the last 2 homes that i have purchased and also for a recent investigation into a possible foundation issue at another close family members home (thank you Phil for quickly determining that it was not a foundation issue!). Phil is very experienced and methodical in his approach. Furthermore, he takes the time to explain every item, and possible fix.
