Zach arrived on time, after calling me to let me know he was on his way. Very professional approach and clearly outlined what he was to do on site. At the conclusion of the visit, he provided a concise overview of the issues he found and the actions he had taken. Extremely pleased with this visit - certainly up to the standard I have come to expect from Carleton Refrigeration and thier excellent & knowledgeable staff.

Very Professional and Courteous service - arrived on time as usual! Patrick clearly explained what was done, and advised me of the status of my unit, and what I needed to do (buy filters!). Very satisfied - have been using Carleton Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning for a while for both A/C and Heating - always impressed with the technician who does the work and also the office staff who follow up on calls and scheduling. Highly recommend them to anyone int he Almonte/Carleton Place area.

Once again, a very positive experience- Joel was pleasant and efficient, and took the time to explain to me the issue I may be facing with my A/C, and created a work estimate so I would know to expect, if the motor failed. Looking forward to the fall visit, which will be of the same caliber. So glad I switched to your organization for my A/C & Furnace needs!
