I was referred to this company through Lowes when I bought my appliances. Brian and Steve were friendly, accommodating and fast. They rerouted an existing gas line to use for the dryer which saved money and capped an exterior gas line for me which was not on the work order. My only complaint (and I wish I didn't have one) was that a few days after they completed the dryer install, the flexible dryer vent disconnected from the exterior vent duct as the connection between the vent and the duct was not secured in place with tape. This occurred while the dryer was in mid cycle and caused my house to become quite humid on an already humid day. Overall, I am satisfied with the work they did, just was a let down to see the vent on the floor.
