After signing a contract for a "full" Service Lawn Maintenance Nature's Keeper failed to provide over 75% of the services that were in a signed Agreement. The constant promises by the Owner to provide the contacted services were never fulfilled. I sent my complaint to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and after sending him two letters and telephone calls they gave up trying to resolve the issue. I know of at least three other customers that also did not receive the services they had contracted with Natures Keeper.
