This company was able to come to our place on the same day I called and their equipment was clean, driver was very kind and helped my husband locate the second lid, we did not even know there was a second lid. The area was filled back in by the driver and payment was done by visa which was great, we do not always have cash at the cottage. The receptionist at Shepherd Environmental was so helpful and cheerful. we will recommend this company to our friends.
