I've had nothing but rave reviews from all my experiences over the last decade or more with Mr. Rooter and all of his staff related to my Plumbing needs. This time it was related to my bathroom sink and toilet. From my first contact with the receptionist to Chris who came to do the work, both were vrey receptive, friendly, and very pleased for my business. Chris listened to my requests and asssured me there would be no problem. He quickly gained my confidence and I knew it would be done right, which it was! I have no hesitation to call them again and again for all my plumbing needs. Even though they are strangers, they quickly become like family. Even Fred remembered me from my previous contact, which I appreciate very much. No one can go wrong by calling Mr Rooter to work for and to serve you. Ryk

Never having to replace a power garage door in 4o yrs, we totally lucked in with Dodds Garage Door Systems. From the initial call to the sweeping the garage floor after the excellent work was complete, we were totally impressed with their work. They wanted to please us at every step without question. They attended to our home according to our need, gave us a clear idea of what our choices would be, and delivered exactly on time. Michael was always available to our phone calls and questions. Leo had it installed in a very short time after which he verbally gave us tips on using it safely and referred us to the manual for additional information. The door works perfectly; it is light, yet strong, and with a window, gives us light for easier entry and exit. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect product and better service than with Dodds, and with Michael and Leo. Great team.

From the answering service to the service technician, all the staff treated me with kindness, were grateful for my business, and were respectful of my home. Along with a full explanation of the job they were going to do, Rick added many ideas on steps I could take to prevent problems from occuring in the future. The valve was replaced, the leak stopped, and the work area was cleaned up. Rick did a beautiful job. I was pleased and will call Mr Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future.

After thinking we smelled gas periodically over a span of 4 weeks, we finally had a strong whiff and callled Enbridge Gas who imediately arrived and gave us 3 A red cards meaning the whole house was shut down until the next day when a Direct Energy service man could attend. Jay arrived, immediately fixed the problems in the house, and left the BBQ outside line for another day to allow me to paint the pipe as instructed by the gas inspector. Jay returned on the dot as planned and repaired the pipe. His work was exceptional, and oozed confidence with his plan for the necesary repairs. We were very much relieved based on the work that Jay did for us. Hopefully we will not need his work again, but if we do, we hope he is the one to respond.

In attempting to replace a cartridge in a kitchen singl lever tap that was constnly dripping, I encountered a problem in the re-assenmbly of it. I called Mr Rooter and got a great reception on the phone. The receptionist assured me it could be fixed and a service guy would be there within the hour. John Dima arrived shortley thereafter, and proceeded to work on the tap. In short order he assessed that the tap was broken and presented a plan to replace it as well as some other modifications to the shut off valves. I approved the work and now have a new, and better functioning tap. John worked quickly, did a GREAT job, and made sure everything was in perfect order when he left. He took pride in his work and made sure I was satidfied, including ensuring there was no debis left behind. He took care of some things that were bugging me for years and I appreciated that. John can come back ANYTIME.

John met all my expectations in replacing my shutoff valve. He arrived on time, explained the work involved, restated the agreed upon price, and completed his work quickly and thoroughly. I knew exactly what was to be done before he started. He respected our home by covering his shoes as he walked through the house. His work was flawless and of a very professional quality. He took pride in his work and I was tremendously pleased with what he did for us. And most importantly he was most friendly and engaging to me as a/his customer. My faith in his work was sky high! I will certainly call Mr Rooter again, ask for John, and will recommend these guys to anyone who needs a "great" plumber. This is my third call to Mr Rooter and I have always had great results.
