Last week my garage door wouldn't open all the way, it was bouncing up and down. I call Collett-Churchward and Frank called me back immediately. I told him what the problem was and he listened to me. He asked me to go out and check the spring and if there is more than one the spring it is broken. Sure enough that is what the problem was. Frank came out and fixed my door, he was kind and considerate. My door was fixed and I got to go on with my day! I even gave him a tip. Thanks Frank. The Kinden's
