Great service visit! Phone call before arrival was really appreciated. The technician was very organized and performed the service in a timely manor. He was very friendly and efficient in his work. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Had a prospective house inspected by Ian Johnson. He was extremely thorough and honest. Gave us so much information about what was a problem now and what could be a problem in the future. He even helped with suggestions on how to repair some of the issues.
