I ordered the warm/cool purifier online and during the purchase process there was no indication how it would ship. Because it is going to a residence, I need Canada Post. The private couriers are fine for business to business, but horrible for residences. Therefore, I would only accept Canada Post. I had to contact Dyson AFTER the purchase to find out that it uses Purolator (the worst), so I cancelled the order. Getting in touch with Dyson was not easy via phone, although it did respond to emails promptly. I digress to explain Purolator. It leaves notices at one's door instead of deliveries (I am retired, at home). I reviewed the security video at my condo ... saw the truck pull up, the driver get out with a notice, put it on the condo front door, and leave. The notice said "available for pickup at our distribution center" .... which is 30 kms away. Anyways, Dyson cancelled then sent me an email saying it would refund me my purchase price in 30 days! Huh? Dyson will use my funds for 30 days. Disgusting and disgraceful. Dyson is horrible to deal with.
