Last August we Fuzzy Wuzzy install new carpet and linoleum for our downstairs suite, the carpet was 17 years old and needed updating. We did not go for cheap carpet or underlay as we wanted some longevity and esthetic appeal. Well the install was poor with seams annoyingly visible and our salesperson at Fuzzy Wuzzy came out to look and agreed. Buddy emailed us and said the manager (Judy) would contact us and we would be accommodated in some form for the poor install of flooring since we plan on having more renovations to our home. Fuzzy Wuzzy said they guarantee their work and would make sure we are satisfied, well we ha heard from them period. It is unfortunate but I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind their products, work or keep customers satisfied.
