I had a neighbor's tree take down my power line (on my property). Called Dan, and he was out within minutes to take a look. Was willing to work late if the permit guy would inspect late, and when the inspector said it would be the next day, Dan was out first thing... Finished the job by 8:30 a.m. Now that's service!
