Used Homestars to get a quote for duct cleaning as we had just recently done our basement and havent had our ducts cleaned in years. Ray was quick to respond, upfront about pricing and gave great explanations as to what would be done. We selected Mint based on great (recent!) reviews and having a good sense of the level and detail of service we would be receiving. The day of, they actually arrive early for their appointment. Ray and his staff were very friendly, polite, and took care to explain each step of what they were doing. They even showed before and after pictures inside the ducts. They would go into each vent and blast with air several times to push debris and dust down, as well as spray the ducts with a natural disinfectant. After each vent was done, they would vacuum the main line, and even snaked it to help loosen anything settled there. I could hear tons of debris in our vents flowing thru their vacuum pipe. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves, put everything back in its place and Ray even suggested a number of things to improve on, like how to ensure it stays clean and dust free. All in all, very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

We renovated our master washroom in March and bought floor tiles, shower wall tiles and a vanity countertop from Keramin. The countertop delivered had scratches on them. After we reported it to Keramin and them inspecting it, they are replacing it for us at no extra cost (the scratches were more than cosmetic). We are just waiting to have the new one delivered at this point. If all goes well will be happy to provide a higher final rating for Keramin, as they have been making efforts to resolve our dissatisfaction.
