From start to finish, our experience with Andy has been amazing. Everything was completed on time and on budget and he made it seamless and stress free. The work itself is beautifully, competently and professionally done with no small details overlooked. The bottom line is that we will go to no one else for future projects. We highly, highly recommend him.

From start to finish my experience with Greatest Cleaning Service was terrible. To begin with the maid was 45 minutes late. She was meant to be there from 830 to 1230 but did not stay to make up the time. She did however manage to shatter a vase and somehow knock the shower door off its hinge which punched a hole in the drywall. She departed without mentioning either of these things. I found the broken vase on the porch and some shards of glass were still where it had fallen - beside my toddler's toybox. When I called the company to inform them of this I was met with a very abrasive and rude person who accused me of making it up in order for them to pick up the bill for damages that were already there. She argued that three hours was not long enough to clean everything properly, (no kidding - there was supposed to have been four!) and that I should tell people about my shower door problem beforehand! (This after saying it couldn't possibly have happened) To cap it all off, she refused after several polite requests to give me her own name - a clear indication that she knew she was wrong. It was shameful customer service and a shoddy job to boot. DO NOT use this company.
