Please be aware of this company. They did our roof recently and after the heavy rains we received there were many places where the roof began leak. Ruined the inside of the house. Called them as the leak was ongoing and no response for 3 days. They have yet to compensate for the loss. They agreed to pay for damages but its now several months and they keep saying cheque in the mail. A very difficult company to deal with.

We apologize for the delay in payment however we have tried our best to rectify the situation. We had talked to the customer and they wanted to get a quote done on their terms which we agreed with- we agreed to write out a cheque TO the company that is doing the repairs. The cheque was sent out in May- however was lost in the mail even through tracking- was unable to locate the cheque. Had talked to the customer yesterday, apologizing for the delay to then again just provide another cheque in person today this time. We apologize again for the delay however we tried to immediately resolve this matter in the fastest way possible.
