Run from oxford, dangerous company to deal with, your life will be threaten,
Oxford was hired to re-chalk a number of windows, include removing of old materials. we paid in full, when the job was done, unfortunately 4 of the windows have bad leaks, we showed them the issue, was told next time it rained, call them to have them come back and review, we did was told to take pictures or do a drawing of where the leaks are coming from, the tenant did that., Tony the supervisor never came back, we emailed them, got a response from the office manager by email, saying sorry nothing Oxford could do to fix the issues, i wrote the tenant and oxford saying i was sorry i hired a company that didnt stand behind their workmanship, and i would hire another company to fix the windows. Got a phone call from the owner Armando who swore at me, said alot of nasty things about me and my business, and hung up.. i would warn anyone to run from oxford as you will not be happy if the job goes wrong
