If you have any problem with your refrigeration or appliances I would highly recommend hiring KELOWNA REFRIGERATION & APPLIANCES. When I called to make an appointment the person answering my call was ever so polite and courteous and was able to find an appointment that worked for both of us. When Jacob arrived he explained how they charged their service call and labour rates. I found the prices to be VERY acceptable. It was such a pleasure having Jacob in our house fixing our washing machine and garage fridge. He was quick to anticipate what the problems could be and let me in on the ways to avoid the problems and others from happening again. I was most impressed with the way the job was handled and more than motivated to pass on a “local family business” name of Kelowna Refrigeration. I won’t go anywhere else after finding this company… I highly recommend them for their integrity, knowledgeable workmanship, prices and customer relations. Wendy O.
