Our overall living room was one of those reno's that went poorly. One step forward and two back. But Red Robin was one of three trades that were absolutely excellent. The crew arrived on time, kept our living room neat and got the work done on schedule. And on budget - even though there was a surprise or two. Absolutely great team, fabulous work, I would highly recommend Red Robin for any masonry project you are considering.
We had noticed a tunnel next to the compost bin outside, then another, then a hole in the wood under the porch, then several more...Called a number of homestar pest control firms, Kevin was the most responsive and the most helpful. Prompt, professional, knows his stuff and helped us solve our problem. It also helps to know that you're not the only one going through it. Fabulous job, great knowledgable and caring. Cannot recommend Christian and his team highly enough. Very reasonable pricing, fabulous approach to the overall problem, solution-oriented. Only the best of materials and the workmanship was just second to none. A few surprises as can happen in an 83 year old home - all taken in stride and resolved. Period. Knows his stuff, has a holistic view of the whole project (including the analysis that we needed a different meter - diagnosed in advance and resolved).
