Deck Store is Terrible in Saint Catharines

They may have one of the nicest showrooms but the customer service is absolutely terrible - I was told so many stories an non-truths about my order status, missing parts, wrong parts you name it - never a straight story. And they want 100% of your money upfront before they will even start to tell you they've ordered it. Great place to look at all the various products but go somewhere else to buy it!!
