Called Window Fix to see if they could replace an obsolete sidelight crank which no one else was able to do. The response was immediate. They did an initial search and were not very positive. After coming to look at it, they eventually found the proper replacement part and replaced without issue. Service was great and was a pleasure dealing with them.
