Smith in Kingston

The stone coating on my duraloc roof is coming off. There are large brown patches. The roof is only 7 years old, and was well installed. The problem is the material, and Allmet the co. that bought Duraloc does not want to honour the 50 yr. warranty. It appears to be worthless --
