Todd and crew came in to remove some garden beds, 2 trees and regrade slope on one side of house. I was happy with the quality of the work, they did it properly without cutting corners. The guys were professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with and would happily use their services again.

This is my 2nd time using 4Sight, I was happy with their services when I purchased the house and was happy to use them again when gutting the basement to do a 2nd look at just the basement to identify issues that needed to be fixed before renovating it. Chris was great, he was professional and took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through and give me an unbiased opinion on what work needed to be done and what needed further specialist assessment. This was exactly what I was looking for before hiring biased contractors, so that I can discuss the work with them. Worked with both Chris and Michael now, happy to recommend them both.

Lory and her team did a great job to gut our basement, the job was completed in 3 days and was a tough one, but her team did a good job. They were professional, were available sooner than other contractors and good with addressing unexpected situations with our plumbing and electrical. They took the time to answer questions about different aspects of the demo and were helpful with advice on future work.

Very happy with the quality of service and professionalism. Michael checked an old home that we just purchased and addressed all my concerns that I had about the house. He even took the time to answer basic home maintenance and renovation questions I had, and even offered to do a follow up visit free of charge for checking the foundation thoroughly during renovations later.
