When I needed to replace a broken HVAC system, I contacted several companies, including Ductless (via Boiler Shoppe). Unlike the other candidates (who were confused and tardy), the Boiler Shoppe staff were efficient and attentive, and made things easy for me. They installed 2 exterior condensers and 4 indoor wall units in a timely manner. I was pleased with their professional work. I would give them 5 stars but for two quibbles: One worker forgot to turn the gas back on, leaving us with no hot water until the next afternoon. Another stepped on my rug in his work boots, instead of alerting me so that I could roll it up out of the way. On a more positive note, I did find the workers respectful and informative.
