Product broke down after 4 years still under warranty and didnt honor it
My mother purchased a rainbow in April of 2007 well lately shes been having issues and now its not starting well she has a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty on it so she brought it down there. Well they say it will be 399-599 t fix its human error the motor in machine doesnt work. Now we never opened this machine nor threw it around just used it as a vacuum but they wont honor warranty. Bull. I worked for this company for a few months and its just a pyramid scheme preying on new employees close family and friends to purchase a few rainbows before appt run out then by by employee and the next one is brought in. Total scam that doesnt honor warranty they give. Dont buy the over priced machine I am just sorry I got my poor family involved with them and now got to deal with this.
