Cabin staining and pressure washing
Contracted with owner/sole proprietor in July 2016 to wash/stain my cabin. He took $1250 upfront to buy materials (stain/caulk) for the job. After I gave him the money - he stalled repeatedly and finally showed up 60 days later to do a substandard pressure wash job. He never showed up to do the cabin staining. He refused to refund my money. A judgement for the refund was adjudicated in court against him in Jan 2017.
