Jimmy came to check on and perform maintenance on our house furnace and central humidifier. The equipment is about 16 years old and probably close to end of life. Jimmy is very nice and personable, though he had to reschedule a few times without much notice as he is a busy guy. He performed some needed cleaning, replaced an electrical part and filters, and went above and beyond to cut an opening in the drywall for our furnace air intake. We got 12 filters from him almost for the price of 4 brand name filters from Home Depot. However, I was surprised to find an extra service fee on top of labour - More than we were expecting to pay. I guess after hours service doesn't come cheap?
