After looking around and getting different quotes, it was an easy decision to go with Windows Blind Direct. They were very prompt and professional throughout the process. Michael was very thorough in letting us know our options and answered the many questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect shades for our home. The zebra shades were great quality and price was fair to get windows for our entire home. Installation was painless with the team being very efficient, left no garbage and were very courteous. Our home is transformed with our blinds!

We called back Tom for a second time for our 1 year inspection on our new build. He was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He actually caught a number of items that we did not notice which we added on our report to our builder. He really took his time to go over the results and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Tom as he is extremely professional and provided the report in a very timely manner.
