I found Joe through a referral and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Joe came out to have a look at what was being moved prior to the move and made very helpful suggestions for packing as well as explaining how certain things were going to be moved. On moving day Joe and his crew arrived early, worked quickly and made the whole move seem so easy. Joe took apart things as required and reassembled them upon arrival at our new home. The whole job was completed in the time estimate given. I can't say enough good things about this moving company. Joe is honest, hard working, SMART, and a pleasure to deal with. I had been without hot water for 6 days and could not trace the source of the problem. I called Mag and he made time in his schedule to come and have a look. By this point I was sure that the problem was with the hot water heater and was prepared to be told that I needed a replacement. Mag was very thorough and advised me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater and continued his investigation until he found the problem. He needed a part, so he went out to pick it up and within 10 minutes he was back and the problem solved. I am thrilled to have hot water again, but more importantly, I am very grateful for Mag's honesty and his trouble shooting skills. I could very easily have ended up with a much more expensive repair in the form of an unnecessary new hot water heater. I will definitely be calling Mag in the future.
