While I probably could have paid a few hundred dollars to get my 15 year old air conditioner fixed I decided I didn't want to deal with future problems and further costs that I would just buy a new one. I must have gotten at least 8 quotes and did research on the internet. Some of the people that came to my house to quote me were sales people, others were actual owners of the business. One of these owners was Mohanad from IKAD Mechanical. He was personable and even though some of my questions showed my lack of knowledge he was patient and took the time to answer them all. Throughout the next two weeks I either called him or texted him asking more questions and at some point in the day he would always text me back or return my call if he missed it the first time. It was for reasons like this that I decided to go with IKAD Mechanical. Their price was fair and reasonable for the size of my house and they were who I was most comfortable dealing with. We agreed on a date, his partner Ahmad and another person showed up on time, and they did the installation and I just stayed out of the way! I have had some follow up questions since the installation and again I have received a response or phone call back the same day. Mohanad even came back to my house after one of my follow up questions to make sure everything was ok. Overall I am happy with the service that I received and I won't hesitant to pass their contact info to my neighbors or anyone else that is looking for a new air conditioner or service.
