We purchased a S/S side by side Fridge and induction stove from Sears late August 2010. Within a week or two a red light came on the control panel of the stove and it never went out. There was no reference in the manual so we called Sears Service. They sent a repairman out who also did not know what the red light was so we got a new stove. Within 1 month the water line froze in the side by side fridge, so we couldn't get water out. Again, we called Sears Service. They sent a repairman out only to tell us he would have to order another door. To make a long story short, we're on our FIFTH, YES I SAID FIFTH DOOR. However, the door finish does NOT match the other side of the fridge. The door they sent us is a matte finish stainless steele and the other side shiny. We received a call a month ago to say that the correct finish door would be here by March 31. We got a call today (Mar.29,2011) to say that it was on back order for another 8-10 weeks. I called Sears Canada and of course the first connection was in the Phillipines.(Thanks Sears for taking jobs out of Ontario/Canada.) I talked to corporate customer service to say that we wanted a new fridge and that this has gone on way too long. She said: Is your fridge working? I said yes, that is NOT the point, I bought a product 7 mos. ago and it's paid for in full and I still don't have the product I purchased. She said "I'm sorry but you're still on the repair list". I asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course they don't have the decency to speak to you so that went nowhere. I have asked 3 or 4 times to just match the two damn doors on the fridge or replace it. That answer was no. Now I have to wait until JUNE because my door is on back order from the manufacturer AGAIN!@! We have been long time Sears customers in the past, but today I will be cutting up my Sears Card and NEVER, EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

Approximate cost of services:
