Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Awesome! I called Vito from DSM Property Services to conduct a home inspection. He was punctual and got straight to work. The walk through was very informative as Vito pointed out what he was looking for and explained any deficiencies he was finding along the way. The entire process from the walk through up to and including the report was very professional and thorough and I would definitely recommend your company to others. Great job, Vito!

I bought a new home from a builder and was apprehensive about the quality of the workmanship given what I heard about new home builders. I did some research and decided that a home inspection would help me find the defects and also complete my 30 day Tarion warranty. I very happy I selected Clearview. Our inspector walked us through everything and at our pace. His report was clear and consis. He made my buying experience with this new home an enjoyable experience. Would definately recommend Clearview.
