Following an initial IAQ inspection, Shawn provided us support and inspections throughout the water proofing and rebuilding of our basement. His expertise was extremely valuable to project to ensure the work was completed correctly. He made himself available to inspect work and discuss issues. We are very grateful for the support to this large project. He knows his stuff and helps you navigate the steps needed to correct issues and build in a way to facilitate a healthy home. We hired Gabriel to rebuild our basement this spring after his team gutted it the previous winter due to mould and moisture issues. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work completed. We now have a comfortable and healthy basement for our family to enjoy. We had a great experience with Chris and his crew right from the start. They were professional and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. They were on time and did the work when they said it would get done. The clean up was very thorough, they spent a lot of time combing the grass for nails. Chris was responsive to calls and helped us out with a few extra small jobs not related to the roof. They treat their customers well! If you need a new roof, give them a call!

Gabriel and his crew were excellent to work with. Gabriel's approach is honest and genuine. You can tell that he really cares and take pride in his work. They completed a large basement demolition and clean up for us and we are very happy with the results. They worked very hard to complete it on time right before Christmas. Despite Gabriel being very busy, I could always reach him if we had concerns or questions. He took the time to address all of our concerns and investigation other issues that arose. We will look to continue working with this company to refinish the basement and clean up the attic.

This is the second time I have had Shawn investigate air quality concerns. Both times he was very professional and knowledgable. He explains what he sees from his area of expertise even if outside the main area of concern which is great. His solutions are concrete and guided. I was able to contact him to answer questions regarding the report issued to get some clarifications and further guidance prior to moving forward with remediation activities. I feel like the fees for the service are quite reasonable for homeowners and a good investment in ones health. I will continue to work with Shawn throughout our remediation and renovation process.
