Alex and team were great to deal with - given current circumstances, couldn’t book a time for them to see condo unit before project but they were able to give me an estimate based on pictures and layout - they took care of everything and were able to see the project through within a day - the tenant was very happy with the end result as well - so all in all very satisfied with service and will definitely be using Encore again in the future - thanks again Alex and team.

From the initial prompt response from Joe, to being available on such short notice and that to on the Canada long day weekend, every interaction I had with Dial One resulted in exceptional service. Dial One team was very prompt and professional in the work done, including the free dryer duct cleaning. After the work, they noticed water not draining from the air conditioner properly. Dial One stayed for an extra two hours to try and address the issue. The following day, Joe personally followed up with a phone call and then actually came by again (late in the evening to accommodate my after hours request) and ensured everything had been addressed properly and I was satisfied. One of the best customer service experiences I have had - thanks Joe and your team for going above and beyond - you have a customer for life in me. Thanks again.
