Steve was very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with a mother racoon and babies that had moved into a crawl space under our house. He sealed all potential openings to that area, got mother out, and then took the babies out and put them in a plastic bin which was left just outside the space where the racoons were; eventually mother racoon returned and took the three babies away one at a time to an alternate location. Steve was great to work with - very friendly and completed the job I needed done in an efficient manner for a fair price.

Previous unit was 26 years old. Entire system needed to be replaced, including all duct work in attic. Giancarlo was very responsive, always took time to explain what he was doing and when, and approximately how long it would take to complete. This was a very challenging job but am very happy with the final outcome - particularly enjoying my new A/C on this first hot day in Toronto! I would highly recommend Giancarlo and his team to get the job done right, efficiently and cost-effectively.
