gave three week timeline and they stuck to it, owner there everyday, all the crew was very professional, respectful. young crew but very professional and capable. owner - jason - has been doing flooring for a very long time. lots of compliments from neighbours. proactive approach
removal of old flooring throughout the house and installation of laminate in kitchen and bathroom
took over three weeks to do the job, should have taken two days. non existent customer service. had to bring owner to our house three times to show that what was NOT done. unresponsive customer service at store, you had to go physically into store to talk to someone. knocked 1000 dollars off because we were so unhappy. all the flooring has since come apart, the vinylf or bathrooms was not glued properly. threw out spare flooring, so have to reorder now. six or seven different guys working, and all were new. overall, unimpressed. do not use them.
