Kelley is a con artist, he is not an honest man. He was not loyal at all, he did the job completely wrong , no one should hire him, he also left with everyone;s money without finishing the job. no one should hire this man, Kelley is a horrible contractor. Do not hire him!

This is the first time we used this company. We were satisfied with what he did, he explained everything to us. The price was also reasonable, he was very nice also. He did a very clean job didn't even leave a mess. We would use him again if ever we needed someone!
