WE contacted Johncarlo based on reviews on Homestars for a powder room and entrance hallway reno. Wow! What a pleasure doing business with him and his tile installation team. He is so professional, that even a big box store cannot keep up. Communication is on point so much so that you are never left wondering about what's next. Contract documents are clear, no surprise payments / demands for money. He arrived on time as scheduled, if he was running late, we were kept informed. Workmanship is meticulous, of really high quality and h keeps the job site neat and tidy. He offered suggestions / options when issues came up (minor issues). For the options / additional work we were quoted reasonable amounts (considering that he undertakes the 90% of the work himself) and the milestone payments were well spaced out. The entire project took just over 2 weeks. One really satisfied customer and we would highly recommend him.
