In total the company had to come out to our home 4 times to do this install. The bathroom countertop was cut for the incorrect sink, minor repairs had to be done on the edges of the main granite slab in the kitchen, backsplash not brought out to the home, one backsplash piece cut too short, caulking done poorly and had to be redone in spots. There was very little communication from the installers as the product was being installed so I was not sure if the granite had even been sealed by the time they left. Also, while installing the kitchen sink they accidentally cut the dishwasher hose and we were not advised so had we tried to run the dishwasher we would have flooded. The product itself is excellent but the length of time it took to have the job completed was too long and painful.

Had our first batch of window replacements done by them after getting quotes from several companies. Their quote was by far the best and the product was exellent. Product was received and installed within the timeframe estimated and we are very happy with the results. We will do the rest of our windows with this same company because of the product quality and the customer service. Very happy!
