I can only speak to dealing with their project coordinator that came by to inspect my issue. Steve was open and honest, and the only one out of many that suggested a solution based on my situation and plans for the house. All the other companies were more than happy to give me a quote to spend whatever budget I might have. Steve was the only one to suit the plan to my long term plans. He seemed more concerned with helping me with my issue than creating work (especially unnecessary work). I will definitely go to them first with any future issues and would definitely recommend.
