Frigidaire Washer/Dryer Laundry Center, model # FFLE40C3QW0 Bought a washer/dryer unit from Corbeil Appliances in Ottawa (1900 Innes Rd, Gloucester) in May of 2016 and installed it in August of 2016 following renovations. To date I have not been able to get a single wash where my clothing is clean and without soap residue. We tried several types of soap, different settings, different water levels by adding water with a hose, and still we are unable to get clean clothing. We called Corbeil in November and they told us there was nothing they could do. We then contacted Frigidaire and they sent a repair man 3 separate times, and still no resolution. Frigidaire said they will not do anything further and this is how their unit works (or does not work). We are extremely unhappy with the product and Corbeil did not provide any assistance.
