Despite calling on a Friday before a long weekend, the responded quickly and it was clear Glenmar knows HVAC - he quickly sized up the issue (fan bearings, capacitors leaking) and took the time to show me the problem all the while offering good advice on ways I could improve my system (e.g. overdue duct cleaning and the best choice for filters - both at no benefit to him) Glenn was personable and down to earth, and I trusted his quality and experience. He has my business next time for sure!
