The sales rep Rino was consistent and understanding as I had reached out to him but had to wait on funding for the project for several months. He provided in depth explanations of the products available, costs and options. The set up was completed by Phil, he was efficient and understanding when working on site. He had a limited window of time to complete the project and worked very diligently within this time frame. The tech follow up was efficient and completed through email and over the phone. It may be difficult for someone who is not Tech savvy to complete some of the user instructions requiring downloading programs and setting up multiple log ins but the system works quite well.

We focus primarily on Axis, Arecount and Mobotix and Milestone IP surveillance systems because of their reputation for producing professional grade surveillance products. We cater to all levels of technical understanding and can provide technical support as needed. Although quite intuitive, there is a learning curve with even the most user friendly Video Management(VMS) Software on the market. There are a few APS that will need to be installed on any smart devices you would like connected to the system, we provide Remote Specialist for tutorials as well as sending written instructions so that our client will have the ability to connect new internet enabled devices with their system as they are purchased. We are however, always available for remote support and can walk clients through the process in the future as required.
