We hired Kelk Inspections to perform an inspection on our new build home prior to submitting our 30 day Tarion report. From the moment we reached out to him for a quote, we were impressed with Stephen's professionalism. He was punctual in his arrival, was personable and was very thorough with his inspection, spending three hours inside/outside our home. He provided us with an extremely detailed report which included many pictures the same day, which we were able to use to submit our report to Tarion. He noticed a few issues that we would not have, so it was certainly worthwhile to have him perform the inspection. We would absolutely recommend Kelk Inspections to others.
