The president and founder of 3 Step Solution, Lois Kennedy, is the most organized and professional person I have ever met. With great tact, patience and kindness Lois transformed my double garage which had a combination of old furniture, clothes and brick brack from two generations stored within its walls since the house was purchased, into a real garage in which a car can now be parked, tools can be found and even a section for wine making materials is well organized. I cannot believe how kindly persuasive she was in her approach to convincing me to let go of the past and start fresh. Lois was able to reorganize the garage in a way that I gained a garage back and I was able to take tons of articles to charity so someone else who could benefit from my hoarding. Nanette is the greatest! Turned my tired shabby home into an elegant home. Her advice on choices of colours, removal of walls, new floors was excellent.
