Great people, Bruce Chen was very knowledgeable and offered good advice. The installation team led by Peter Cao was excellent and offered great suggestion in moving the floor drain to the furnace room. The office people are very helpful in responding to requests for service. I highly recommend the company for its products and service.

Had ice build up, called Arshad one night and he was in the next morning. It does not get any better. Quickly checked the freon level, filled up and gave important advice on how to avoid ice build up. Recommend Arshad unconditionally.

Mr. Arshad Sheikh is a wonderful person who is honest to the core. My unit had some micro leak of refrigerant and Arshad took time to analyse and set it ( he had installed it a few years back). Highly recommend the company especially Arshad for the great service.

Robert and his colleague were cordial and explained what they would do. They were efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the dryer vent. Robert even fixed our loose electrical wire to the vent.

The company's response is incorrect. We were informed earlier that since we are renovating an earlier basement no permit is necessary but we subsequently got one but the permit was pretty easy on conditions with no inspections on plumbing electrical etc. by the city inspectors and hence it was easy on the this contractor who has no knowledge of codes. The fire and ministry of electricity did their own inspection which was covered by the electrician. We did not ask Gursel to replace the floor laminate portion but he said that he would check after 3/4months and do the needful if necessary. However, the laminate flooring in the other rooms have come apart and we had to get in a flooring contractor who showed us how poor Gursel and his man had laid the laminates with no sub-strata and baseboards were hammered in to cover the messy laying. Do not hire this company that has moved to Edmonton in Alberta.

We had a problem with our A/C and Arshad came in promptly to fix it. We were also advised that our A/C being very old (builder installed) it was time to change it. We also requested that a humidifier be installed, which was done very professionally. Besides, Arshad even got our furnace filter moved out of the furnace compartment outside. We have retained him to install a new A/c for the next season. Great job, good and efficient person, Arshad. We recommend him to anyone requiring HVAC service/ installation.

We had some door fix, faucet leak and exhaust vent replacement jobs. The company was prompt in their response and the job finish quality was good but the price is very high, more than 3 times the material cost, which is rather high for a copmany that calls itself handymen.

The catch was $99.99 for the duct cleaning with any number of vents. But when they came in, the furnace cleaning was $140.00 and a new filter $45..0. The work was done in December 2006 with a 2 year warranty. In 2 months we noticed a lot of dust accumulating on the furniture. After several phone calls and appointments none showed up with lame excuses. These guys are no good. Be careful if you still desire to deal with them. Postscript: Beware, the catch is $99.99 but when they come home the furnace cleaning costs $140.00 and the filter replacement another $45.00. They do a poor job as dust continues to accumulate on furniture. Several reminders and appointments (not kept by the company) later they called me on a regular telemarketing exercise. A John who kept repeating that he was the senior manager at the firm promised that he would "fix" the problem since they provide a 2-year guarantee. None has shown up yet after some three weeks.
