Our hot tub broke down in the middle of the winter and at the beginning of the weekend (twice) and the spa man came out as soon as possible to fix the problems. All the work was done On the same day as the initial estimate was provided and on the day we called for service he provided helpful instructions on how to keep the lines from freezing until he could make it out.
